How we count requests
A request is counted once — when Cheqpoint pauses an AI Assistant and creates an approval record. Auto-approved actions that never reach the inbox also count. Actions blocked before reaching the inbox do not.
Trial & overage billing
Every workspace starts with a 14-day Growth trial — no card needed. If you don't upgrade, you land on the Free plan and your integration keeps working. Overage billing only applies on active paid Growth or Business plans.
