Request Logs

The Request Logs provide a full audit trail of every action submitted to Cheqpoint, including its status, payload, and the human or rule-based decision.

Monitoring Requests

The Dashboard → Developer page features a dedicated Request Logs section for real-time monitoring of your integration.

  • Filter by Status: Easily toggle between All, Pending, Approved, Rejected, and Expired requests.
  • Search: Search for specific requests by the AI Assistant's name.
  • Request Details: Click any row to open a slide-over showing the full JSON payload, risk score, and decision audit trail.
  • Pagination: Logs are paginated (20 per page) for performance.

GitHub Connected State

If your workspace is connected to GitHub, the Request Logs will include two additional columns:

  • Branch: The git branch the request originated from.
  • Commit SHA: The specific commit tied to the request.

Retention: Request logs are stored according to your plan's audit retention policy (90 days for Growth, 1 year for Business).
